February Character Counts and Youth of the Month Awards

In February, Emily Moise was honored as Student of the Month while Christian Edwards and Tatyana Johnigan received Character Counts Awards.

Christian is the son of David and Andrea Edwards. He is a member of Young Republicans and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He is active in the youth ministry at Watermark Community Church, and he participates in Young Life and Wyldlife. Christian enjoys rock climbing, sand volleyball and tennis, and he plans to major in business at Colorado Christian University.

Tatyana is the daughter of Melvin and Loretta Johnigan. An honor student, she is a member of the Feminist Club and Young Democrats. She serves as an intern in Presbyterian Hospital’s Pulmonary Unit and enjoys writing fiction. She will study biology/pre-med in the fall.

Emily is the daughter of Tim and Lisa Moise. She is ranked in the top ten students at LHHS, and is a member of NHS and Mu Alpha Theta. She plays bassoon in the band and is a member of the varsity volleyball team. She will attend Tufts University to study electrical engineering and music.
